Data protection

G Beauty Lab is responsible for the personal data it receives in connection with orders, ensuring their proper processing and storage. The data is used in matters related to the delivery of orders placed by the customer, in marketing activities organized by the company and in other matters related to managing customer relationships. We do not disclose the data to third parties.

By providing their payment information at checkout, the customer accepts Paypal's payment terms and G Beauty Lab's order terms. Payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems. When paying with bank codes, the customer is directed to the online banks' own payment services, where payment transactions take place securely through the bank's own payment system.

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase by notifying the customer and returning the product in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of receiving the goods. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in saleable condition.

G Beauty Lab is responsible for the postage costs incurred by the customer for returning incorrect deliveries or defective products. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred by the return themselves. NOTE! Products used in the eyes are hygiene products and do not have the right to return. Products with a manufacturing defect or other abnormality will be replaced by sending a new product. There is no right to exchange or return for sale products. The postage costs incurred will be deducted for returned products.

We charge the full cost of all shipments sent and those that are not picked up due to the customer and are returned to the online store. The fee for an unpicked shipment consists of the packaging, shipping and return costs of the order. The amount charged for an unpicked order is €6.50. A separate postage fee will be charged for resending an unpicked order.

Other

The prices shown on the website include VAT, but do not include delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are indicated upon payment. The amount of the order is determined according to the prices valid at the time of order. G Beauty Lab reserves the right to cancel the order if there is a clear price error, where the price shown for the product deviates significantly from the correct price of the product and the customer can be considered to understand that the price information is incorrect.

By uploading an image or responding to our request to share an image using the hashtag #gbeautylab, @g_beautylab or a similar hashtag, you agree to the following terms:

G Beauty Lab has the right to use images that you tag with the tags #gbeautylab, #gbeautylashes or #gbeautyglitter and that you approve with the tag @g_beautylab in customer marketing on its website, newsletter, email, social media and other channels. G Beauty Lab has the right to edit the image it shares, but the owner of the image does not transfer the image or its sales and exchange rights to G Beauty Lab.

By responding using an acceptable identifier, you also confirm that you have all rights to the image and permission to share it from all persons appearing in it, and that sharing the image by G Beauty Lab will not cause harm to any party or violate the law. G Beauty Lab is hereby released from any obligation to pay compensation for the use of the image.
